FEATURE: “Birds of Paradise” by Earl Donald

Earl Donald is an artist from Canada. Towards the end of 2018 he made his debut with a four track EP titled “Where You Know Yourself”. This formed the basis of his signature style with laid-back minimalist electronic sounds with vocal melodies and swirling synths. On February 3rd 2020 he released his latest single “Bird’s of Paradise”. A track that featured on his new EP “A Lighter World”.

The track itself is a total testament to Earl’s signature sound. An eclectic mix of sounds that really makes for a decent listening experience. For fans of Synth-Pop this one really fits well however whether or not it would sit well with fans of other genres remains to be seen, it’s a tricky one for sure having to accommodate for everyone’s styles but Earl really gives it his all with this latest release.

Overall, the mix and final product does sound great and it seems that a lot of care and attention went into this track in particular. Clearly there is a level of professional production that Earl achieves with this release that demonstrates that he isn’t messing around when it comes to his music.

At the time of this writing, Earl has currently 302 monthly listeners on Spotify alone. No doubt that as more and more folks hear this tune that number can only go up.
