Phantom Phunk is a songwriting project out of Harmonic Factory (Tampa, USA). Each of their releases are unique in that they tend to have different guest vocalists and/or producers, this has been the case since their debut in 2016. On March 27th 2020, they released their latest track “Tongue Tied”.
In such a short time since their release, the track has achieved almost three thousand streams. A good achievement indeed. Phantom Phunk has over 20,000 monthly listeners and over 2,000 followers on Spotify. It won’t be long until we hear more about them over the coming weeks and months following this release.
“Tongue Tied” is a testament to the band’s fusion of sounds. Tracks like this often transcend genre as a concept and we feel it’s good for music as a whole that tracks like this succeed. Artists like Phantom Phunk do well with this, they’ve created their own signature sound and if they continue to produce tracks like this. They’ll be well on their way to much more recognition.
